Procion Dyes
Colourcraft Procion Dyes are a range of concentrated fabric dyes for cellulose (plant) fibres such as cotton, calico, linen, viscose, rayon, flax, hemp, jute, sisal etc. They also works very well on silk and will lighten shades of polyester/cotton blends. This range of intermixable, permanent colourfast dyes will produce intense, vibrant results. Ideal for immersion dying, tie dyeing, dip dyeing, air brushing, printing, twisting, sponging and spraying. Can be used on paper for design work. Non-toxic.
Mixing guide:
Pastel shade: 1gm per 100gm fabric (dry weight)
Medium shade: 2gm per 100gm fabric (dry weight)
Deep shade: 4gm per 100gm fabric (dry weight)
For black and very intense shades use double the quantity of dye.
